Introduces teachers to critical concepts about building a school culture that leverages the strengths of collective solutions. Provides background information on the development of professional learning communities (PLCs) and how they can impact high student performance. Scaffolds knowledge on how to lead PLCs. Identifies leadership skills required to effectively manage change within the school setting. Identifies impact of PLC regarding fairness, transparency, and trust.
